Hot Pilates - 6am

Using Pilates principles, mindfulness, the heat, and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) this low-impact class will strengthen your whole body safely, and keep your heart rate up while helping you burn fat and boost your metabolism. With fun and motivational music, 60 minutes will fly by!

Up-The-Wall Yin - 6am

Long-held, calming & passive floor postures done on the wall targeting deep connective tissues of hips, pelvis and lower spine. 60 minutes.

Saturday

Yin Yoga - 9am
