Yin Yoga

What kind of yoga is Yin?

A restorative practice designed to get into the deeper connective tissues of the body. So going beyond that superficial layer that a Vinyasa and Bikram typically Target. Postures are passive and held for several minutes.

Key benefits: Flexibility, restoration, & promotes calm mind + nervous system.


Hot Pilates

What is Hot Pilates?

Hot Pilates is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using Pilates principles. This class is designed to challenge the mind & body. It’s a total body workout using just you, your body, and the mat. Highly encouraged for everyone.
