A 12-week virtual trauma-informed program for people ready to do the deep work. Built for those navigating systemic harm whether through personal experience or in support of others. Participants join from across the globe and leave with language, tools, and a community they didn't know they needed.

Foundation

The brain, the nervous system, and the science of why we feel what we feel. This is where you build the language for everything that follows.

Phase two

Self

Somatics, movement, and body-based healing. Coming home to your own body before you can hold space for anyone else's.

Phase three

Relational

What it means to create genuinely safe space. How to show up for others without losing yourself in the process.

Phase four

Love in Action

Communication, intimacy, and community. Love not as a feeling but as a practice something you do, every day, in every room you enter.

Yoga Education

A 10-12 hour immersive weekend of trauma-informed yoga education recognized by Yoga Alliance as continued education. For yoga guides, movement practitioners, healers, and anyone who holds space for others in a body-based practice.
